Information of the Manfred Sauer Foundation according to Art. 13,14 DSGVO

Data protection is a very important concern for the Manfred Sauer Foundation. Therefore, we would like to inform you about our data processing in the sense of transparency and Art. 13 of the Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO).

  3. Categories of personal data

    In general, we process all data which is necessary for the execution of the contract and which is specified in the respective contract documents, e.g: Contact data of customers, suppliers, intermediaries, billing data (this also includes the conditions for granting discounts or subsidies), bank data.

    The extended service data in the fitness administration are voluntary data, which allow a control of the training process as well as an optimal and individual fitness support with the computer-controlled training program.
     
  4. Purposes of data processing, legal basis
    Wir verarbeiten ihre Daten zudem aufgrund einer Einwilligung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 a) DSGVO, die wir gesondert einholen. Deren Zweck und Reichweite ergibt sich aus der jeweiligen Einwilligungserklärung.

    We process contact data and contract data of our contractual partners for the purpose of initiating the contract (e.g. preparing an offer), concluding the contract, and executing the contract (order processing, order execution) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1, lit. b DSGVO. The concrete purposes of the data processing depend on the respective contract contents, and can be seen by you there. We also process your data for accounting purposes in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 b, c DSGVO in order to manage and invoice payment flows. In addition, we collect and process contact data.

    For advertising purposes it is possible that we send you interesting offers, information (with reference to previous expressions of interest or contractual relationships) and Christmas letters from the Manfred Sauer Foundation by post/e-mail, and also invite you to events in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1, lit. f) DSGVO. We will take photos at the events with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSGVO. Furthermore, we conduct customer satisfaction surveys in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a), f) DSGVO. In addition, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1, lit. f) DSGVO in order to guarantee and further develop our IT security. Furthermore, we are subject to various legal obligations according to which we must process your data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1, lit. c) DSGVO, including, for example, tax requirements from our customer contacts.

    We also process your data on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 a) DSGVO, which we obtain separately. The purpose and scope of such consent are set out in the respective declaration of consent.
     
  5. Recipients or categories of recipients

    We treat your data confidentially. Within the Manfred Sauer Foundation, the principle of data economy applies, i.e. only those persons entrusted with the respective task have access to their data. We only pass on your data within the framework of legal requirements. The following recipient categories may receive data:

    • IT service providers who help us with the maintenance of IT systems,
    • Software manufacturers who access our systems for remote maintenance and servicing.
    • Lawyers, credit institutes, print service providers, logistics and postal service providers, marketing service providers, consulting and consulting.

  6. Storage time
    The data stored at the time of collection will be deleted after expiry of the statutory retention and limitation periods or after the expiry of the purpose, whichever period is longer.

    b) Correction and completion of the stored data

    d) Right to limitation of processing
    If one of the reasons mentioned above exists that prevents deletion, we will restrict the use of your personal data at your request. This means that we will keep your data secure and inaccessible and will only use them with your consent or within the scope of one of the above-mentioned obligations to provide evidence.
     

    e) Right to data transferability
    If you wish, we can make the data you provide available to you in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
     

    f) Right of appeal
    You have the possibility at any time to complain to the above-mentioned data protection officer or to the competent data protection supervisory authority.
     

    g) Right of objection
    According to Art. 21 DSGVO, the Manfred Sauer Foundation grants its customers the right to object to a data processing which is processed by us on the basis of a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1, lit. f) DSGVO or a public task according to Art. 6 para. 1, lit. e) DSGVO, if their special situation gives rise to reasons against this processing. You also have the right to object to direct advertising pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 DSGVO.
     

    h) Right of revocation
    The Manfred Sauer Foundation grants its customers the right to revoke their consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1, lit. a) DSGVO at any time.
