Health Centre in the
Manfred Sauer Foundation
Taking good care of the body.
Our aim is to support and strengthen your physical well-being. Leaving the stress of everyday life behind for a few hours, consciously taking time for your health and doing something for your body's needs - that's what we offer you at the health centre.
Here you will find a mixture of well-dosed activity and relaxation. Let us put together an individual programme for you from our wide range of offers. Decide for yourself whether you want to be active in the fitness area or in our courses, or whether you want to be pampered in the wellness area. Our health centre offers a spacious wellness area with saunas and steam and exercise baths. All entrances are wheelchair accessible.

Fitness – Find the right balance between exercise and recovery.
Personal care is guaranteed by specially trained sports therapists. Pedestrians and paraplegic wheelchair users can train side by side on computer-controlled fitness equipment. The respective training concepts are tailored to individual needs and goals and can be checked on the easy-to-use "cockpit" of the training equipment.
The fitness area can be used with a membership in the health centre or with daily or ten-day passes. Our hotel guests are offered a special rate. The Manfred Sauer Foundation covers the costs of fitness training for people with spinal cord injury (with 100% disability card ).
In addition, we offer a wide range of courses for young and old, wheelchair users and pedestrians.
Wellness - Relax and Unwind
Our exercise pool - with counter-current system - invites you to relax in the pleasantly tempered water. Bio-sauna, Finnish sauna and steam bath offer warmth treatments for the individual taste. Afterwards you can rest in the relaxation room and sauna garden.
